It is multifunctional, suitable for boiling, simmering, frying, and oven baking. It perfectly enhances the flavor of dishes and retains heat longer than traditional pots. The lid features protrusions on the inside that allow water droplets (steam) to return, keeping the moisture and aroma in the food. The pot is compatible with all heat sources, including induction. It is not safe for dishwasher cleaning.
