The Ubiquiti UniFi Building-to-Building Bridge (UBB) is the ideal solution for creating high-speed wireless links between buildings, eliminating the need for expensive and time-consuming fiber optic cabling work. Using 802.11ad technology in the 60 GHz band, it offers bidirectional data transfer speeds exceeding 1.7 Gbps, ensuring that the connection between two remote points will be just as fast as a wired Gigabit connection.

One of the main advantages of the UBB is the built-in 5 GHz (802.11ac) backup radio frequency. Unlike other 60 GHz systems that may experience interruptions due to heavy rainfall or atmospheric conditions, the UBB automatically switches to 5 GHz to maintain uninterrupted connectivity. This solves the critical issue of reliability in outdoor installations, giving the user peace of mind that their network will remain active under any weather conditions.

Installation is drastically simplified thanks to the plug-and-play design, as the two devices in the package are already pre-paired. Full integration with the UniFi Network application allows for centralized management and easy alignment via the built-in LED ring, making implementation a straightforward process even for non-specialized personnel.
