Nutmeg essential oil is obtained from the fruits of the nutmeg plant, with the botanical name Myristica fragrans. The oil has a light yellow to yellow-brown color and is characterized by its warm and spicy aroma.

Safe use: Do not use essential oils directly on the body. Use a carrier oil such as almond oil, jojoba, etc., and add in the ratio of 10ml (carrier oil) to up to 5 drops of essential oil. All essential oils can be quite irritating to the skin and should be avoided by pregnant women and children under 5 years old, while individuals with heart conditions and hypertension should use them with caution and medical advice.

Do not expose yourself to the sun after using any citrus essential oil such as Lemon, Orange, etc., for 12 hours, as they cause skin irritation and photosensitivity.
