It's good if you want something like a hair gel. I wanted something softer, though, that would still hold the curls.

Strange product, I bought it because for years I used the Schwartzkopf osis cream for curls which was in gel form. Now I can't find it anywhere so I ended up with this. It really has a texture like jam, its hold is excellent especially if you apply it to damp hair it makes it "stiff." However, I wanted it for after the shower when the hair is wet so that it spreads evenly through the hair to reduce frizz and to make my curls look nice when they dry. Unfortunately, the hair always came out very hard even though I applied it to hair that was dripping wet + when I used it outside the shower it didn't spread well and didn't define my curls as I expected. If you want it for hold in the hair it is amazing, but beyond that for working on curls, enhancing, reducing frizz, etc., it definitely doesn't do that!

It is very nice, helps with frizz, gives shine, and is absorbed directly by the hair, meaning it does not stick, lightweight application.
