Radicchio sprout seeds - CHINA ROSA 100g

Radicchio sprout seeds have a high vitamin C content, which is double that of the radicchio root, boosting the body's immunity. They are an excellent remedy for colds and have a decongestant effect.

Sprout preparation:

• Growing sprouts at home is very easy using an automatic sprouter. By following the instructions, the sprouts are ready for consumption after 3-4 days. The sprouter allows simultaneous cultivation of 3 types of sprouts.
• Another method of sprout production is jar cultivation. Soak the seeds in clean water and then transfer them to a sterilized container. Cover with hot lukewarm water and let them soak for several hours. Drain the water and rinse the seeds. Cover the container with gauze and place it in a warm (18-22°C) and shaded location. Rinse the sprouts twice daily with water. The sprouts are ready for consumption when they reach about 1-2 cm in length, after 3-4 days.
