Easy sprout preparation
Sprouts can be grown in a glass container: rinse the seeds, place them in a sterilized jar, cover with warm boiled water, and let soak for several hours. Then, drain the water, rinse the seeds again, cover the jar with a cloth, and place it in a warm (18-22°C) and shaded area. Rinse the sprouts twice a day with water. The sprouts are ready for consumption when they reach 1-2 cm in length after 3-4 days.
