Broccoli Seeds - 10g

Broccoli seeds are a source of valuable nutrients for the body: vitamins A, C, B1, B2, PP, trace elements (calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium), enzymes, and other strengthening components. The most valuable compound of broccoli is sulforaphane – an anti-cancer substance whose concentration in the seeds is 200 times higher than in the broccoli itself. Additionally, broccoli seeds help reduce blood pressure, prevent cardiovascular diseases and strokes, and, thanks to their high antioxidant content, strengthen the immune and nervous systems. Broccoli seeds have a spicy flavor and are ideal for salads and sandwiches.

Sprout Preparation:

  • Sprouting at home is very easy using the Toraf sprouter.
  • Follow the operating instructions.
  • Sprouts are ready to eat after 3-6 days.
  • The sprouter allows simultaneous cultivation of 3 types of sprouts.

Another method of producing sprouts is growing them in a jar.

To do this, rinse the seeds, then transfer them to a previously sterilized container and cover with boiling, warm water. Soak for several hours, then drain the water and rinse the seeds. Cover the container with gauze, secure it, and place it in a warm (18-22°C), shady area. During this time, rinse the sprouts twice a day with water. The sprouts are ready to eat when they reach a length of about 1-2 cm, after 3-6 days.
