Sprout Preparation:
- Growing sprouts at home is very easy using the Toraf sprouter.
- Follow the instructions in the user manual.
- The sprouts are ready for consumption after 3-6 days.

Another method of producing sprouts is germination in a jar. For this, rinse the seeds, transfer them to a sterilized container, and cover with boiled warm water. Soak for several hours, then drain the water and rinse the seeds. Cover the container with gauze, secure it, and place it in a warm (18-22°C), shady area. During this period, rinse the sprouts twice daily with water. The sprouts are ready for consumption when they reach approximately 1-2 cm in length, after 3-6 days.
