Sprout Preparation:
- Producing sprouts at home is very easy using the Toraf sprouter.
- Follow the operating instructions.
- The sprouts are ready for consumption after 3-6 days.
- The sprouter allows simultaneous cultivation of 3 types of sprouts.
- Another method of sprout production is sprouting in a jar.
- For this, rinse the seeds, then transfer them to a previously sterilized container and cover with boiling, lukewarm water. Soak for several hours, then drain the water and rinse the seeds.
- Cover the container with gauze, secure it, and place it in a warm (18-22°C), shaded area. During this period, rinse the sprouts twice a day with water.
- The sprouts are ready for consumption when they reach approximately 1-2 cm in length, after 3-6 days.
