Bone removal knife with a blade length of 14.5 cm, made from stainless steel 1.4116, brand Pirge. The manufacturing process includes hot forging of the blade and hardening through ice thermal treatment. It is then professionally sharpened and polished for smooth and precise cutting.

The stainless steel 1.4116 has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. The hardness of 56 HRC ensures long durability and easy re-sharpening.

The handle features an ergonomic design and non-slip properties. It is injection-molded with a tough plastic core (PPC) and coated with TPE for comfort and improved grip. The knives in the Duo series are optimized for high strength and durability, suitable for use by chefs and professional butchers.

Manual cleaning of the knife is recommended, followed by immediate drying with a dry cloth.
