The E14 Camshaft Wrench is designed for the removal and installation of the camshaft mounting bolts on Mercedes-Benz M651 engines. These engines have timing chains located at the rear of the engine, which makes access to the camshaft sprocket mounting bolts difficult.

The wrench is particularly useful on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles, where access to the timing gear is limited.
