This is a late variety, very good for storage, frost-resistant, and can remain in the ground over the winter. It features blue-green leaves and a long snowy white stalk about 25 cm.
- Sensitive vegetable: Sow from February to April in a heated cold frame or directly in the ground in mid-April for autumn harvest.
- Second sowing: Sow seed from July for early spring harvest.
- Transplanting: Plants sown in the cold frame are transplanted to the ground in May (for autumn harvest) or by mid-July (for spring harvest).
- Production: Plants sown in July are transplanted from August to September.
