This special edition of the Arctic Freezer 4U-M cooler is designed to meet the needs of the most modern ARM architectures, offering absolute and specialized compatibility with the server socket Ampere® LGA5964. The base architecture and mounting system ensure ideal and uniform pressure distribution on the processor, making the cooler an essential hardware component for enterprise servers, cloud computing infrastructures, and high-demand workstations.

For achieving maximum possible thermal transfer, the package includes a comprehensive range of top-quality Thermal Interface Materials. Inside the package, you will find a syringe with the award-winning, high-end ARCTIC MX-7 thermal paste (0.8 g), as well as two sets of pre-cut thermal pads: two Thermal Pads measuring 40 x 6.3 x 2.0 mm and two Thermal Pads measuring 27 x 7.5 x 2.0 mm, ensuring perfect coverage and cooling of all critical components.

The heatsink features carefully designed dimensions of 124 (L) x 151 (W) x 156 (H) mm and a significant net weight of 1479 g, reflecting its dense and robust construction. It incorporates 8 Direct Touch copper heat pipes with a diameter of Ø 6 mm, which come into direct contact with the processor for instant heat dissipation. The heatsink body consists of 57 aluminium fins, providing a vast cooling surface capable of handling extreme thermal loads.

The airflow is enhanced by 2 x 120 mm PWM fans operating in a push-pull configuration, forcing air powerfully through the heatsink. The fans offer an impressive and wide speed range from 400 to 3300 rpm, fully controlled via PWM (PWM Controlled). This allows the server to operate economically and quietly when idle, but also to unleash massive cooling power when the processor is under maximum workload conditions.

Designed for the most demanding enterprise environments, the fans feature Dual Ball Bearing technology. This type of bearing is ideal for servers, as it offers excellent resistance to high temperatures and continuous use, minimizing the chances of failure. The fans operate at a standard voltage of 12 V DC, have an exceptionally low start-up voltage of just 3.1 V DC, consume 0.29 A of current, and connect via a 4-Pin Fan Plug with a cable length of 300 mm.
