The HBM transfer pump moves oil and other liquids from a container to various points around the workshop, while also holding a relatively large volume. The quick-release pressure relief valve helps prevent excessive pressure from building up in the pump and container.
The plastic base supports the pump and container as a single unit, while its light weight makes it easy to move and use.
