The PAPPARDELLE pasta originates from Italy and is the broadest among egg pasta. It is loved in Tuscan cuisine. These wide and very tasty noodles will enhance any dish, adding elegance while maintaining the flavor of homemade food.

Egg pasta is prepared according to traditional recipes – its taste evokes childhood memories. However, thanks to the addition of durum wheat, it is much more nutritious. It contains many nutrients such as lutein, B vitamins, potassium, iron, and folic acid. Additionally, durum wheat has a lower glycemic index, making this pasta a popular choice among diabetics and those leading a healthy lifestyle.
