The Roll Noodles are made with 5 eggs per 1 kilogram of flour. These egg noodles are prepared based on traditional recipes – their taste reminds one of childhood times. Thanks to the addition of durum wheat, they are more valuable. They contain many nutrients, such as lutein, B vitamins, potassium, iron, and folic acid.
