OAZA Universal Gluten-Free Flour 500g

The OAZA Universal Gluten-Free Flour has been specially developed for people with gluten intolerance. It is a blend that is ideal for baking fresh, aromatic bread at home.

Ingredients of Oaza Universal Gluten-Free Flour:

  • cornstarch
  • gluten-free wheat starch
  • corn flour
  • glucose
  • thickener: guar gum, E464
  • potato fibers
  • leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate
  • acidity regulator: E575

Nutritional value per 100 g of product:

  • Energy: 1490 kJ / 356 kcal
  • Fat: 0.3 g
  • - of which saturated fatty acids:
  • Carbohydrates: 85 g
  • - of which sugars: 3.9 g
  • Fibers: 2.7 g
  • Proteins: 0.74 g
  • Salt: 0.16 g

Recipe for bread with OAZA Universal Gluten-Free Flour:

Ingredients:

  • Universal Gluten-Free Flour - 500 g
  • Warm water - approximately 440 ml
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 20 g
  • Yeast - 7 g instant or 20-30 g fresh
  • Salt - 5 g

Traditional method:

  1. Mix all ingredients well (with a mixer for about 5 minutes).
  2. Pour the dough into a greased baking pan, cover with a dry towel and leave in a warm place (about 25°C) for about 45 minutes.
  3. The dough should double in size. Before placing the dish in the preheated oven, brush the dough with water.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 220°C. Remove the bread from the pan immediately after baking.

Method with automatic bread machine:

  1. Pour the contents of the package and the remaining ingredients into the bread machine and start the "gluten-free" program.
  2. After about 2 hours, remove the finished bread – applicable for Panasonic machines, otherwise use the normal bread baking program lasting 3 hours.

Packaging contains: 500 g
