Lid, measuring 32 x 22 cm, made from cast aluminum resistant to heat, with a heat resistance of up to 240°C. Manufactured in Germany, by the brand AMT Gastroguss.
The aluminum features an anti-corrosion protective coating and is highly durable due to the titanium oxide coating. The handle of the lid can withstand temperatures up to 240°C, allowing for browning of materials immediately after frying on the stove, without changing the dish. The ergonomic handles were developed with the help of the German National Cooking Team.
Dishwasher safe. The lid is compatible with the AMT oven tray, product code 3222.
