L-Citrulline is an amino acid naturally produced by the body and found in foods such as watermelon. After absorption, it converts into L-Arginine, supporting the production of nitric oxide (NO), which dilates blood vessels, improves circulation, and enhances the transport of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles. Additionally, it helps remove lactic acid and ammonia, which are responsible for fatigue during exercise.
