• TCS: The Tubeless Compatible System (TCS) is our industry-standard tubeless rim and tire system, designed according to international ETRTO and ISO standards.
• 4D Drilling: The spoke holes are drilled at an angle to match the natural path of the spoke between the rim and hub, reducing stress and lateral pressure on the eyelets.
• ON RAMP: The beveled rim bed facilitates tire installation and inflation.
• AL. 6069: The 6069 alloy is ideal for bicycle rims due to its high strength and fatigue resistance, minimal weight, and excellent corrosion resistance properties.
• SLEEVED: The rim ends are hydraulically pressed into an external aluminum insert, reinforced with industrial epoxy resin.
• Double Wall: All WTB rims feature two distinct layers of material for extra durability, creating additional space between the tire and spokes.
• SOLID STRIP: Positioned between the rim and the tubeless tape to prevent tape flexing at each spoke hole and to facilitate tire inflation, also preventing punctures caused by broken spokes.
