The Silver is a medical thermometer designed for measuring body temperature in home environments and can also be used in medical facilities due to its ability to be effectively disinfected.

Temperature measurement is based on the principle of thermal expansion of metal, containing a special alloy of gallium, indium, and zinc, which resembles mercury but does not have harmful effects on the human body or the environment. It is completely non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

Measurement methods:

• Oral – 4 minutes – about 37°C. Place the tip of the thermometer under the tongue.
• Axillary – 6 minutes – about 36.7°C. Make sure the armpit is dry before measuring.
• Rectal – 4 minutes – about 37.6°C. Insert the tip of the thermometer about 2 cm into the rectum.

Attention:

• The thermometer does not replace medical advice.
• Persistent fever, especially in children, should be assessed by a doctor.
• Before each use, the thermometer should be cleaned according to the instructions.

Cleaning guidelines:

• The glass thermometer can be disinfected without limitations.
• Use alcohol or a disinfectant solution for cleaning.
