The 550 Paracord (100ft) is a durable survival cord approximately 30 meters long, made of seven strands with a tensile strength of 250 kg (550 lbs) and a diameter of 4 mm. The seven-strand structure allows for the use of tens of meters of thin cords, essential for shelter building or repairing outdoor equipment. Although useful when you are in the forest, it can also be used at home or in the garage for small renovation tasks. This cord is the foundation of EDC gear. Thanks to the materials used, it is resistant to rust, moisture, and ultraviolet radiation, and it will not lose its color even with long-term use. It is manufactured in the USA by Atwood Rope MFG, one of the largest producers of 550 paracord, and undergoes multi-stage quality testing for confidence during everyday use and in critical situations. Not suitable for use as personal protective equipment (lifeline) or for lifting loads.
