The Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team Nemesis Operatives expansion adds powerful adversaries to the battles of elite kill teams, from biological monsters and mechanical anomalies to war machines piloted by experienced crews. It includes background material, a guide to creating a Nemesis Operative with options for attributes such as faction, size, weapons and special rules, as well as examples of units like the Armoured Sentinel, XV8 Crisis Battlesuit, Screamer-Killer and Redemptor Dreadnought.

The expansion includes missions for solo play, co-operative Joint Ops encounters and Nemesis Ops games, in which both sides are supported by Nemesis Operatives. The Ambull and Archivist mission packs each include two unique missions. The Kill Team: Core Book, sold separately, is required to use this expansion.
