The AXON-VIDEO-IP-4POE is a 4-channel Ethernet surge protection device designed for IP video surveillance networks. It provides combined protection for data lines and PoE/PoE+ power through 10/100/1000 Mbps connections. The device protects all 8 twisted-pair conductors, uses gas discharge devices to divert surge currents to ground, and features shielded RJ45 connectors to maintain STP integrity. Housed in a metal enclosure for mechanical and electromagnetic shielding.
Typical use: inline protection for PoE network cameras and other PoE devices.
