OstroVit L-Glutamine Powder has a green apple flavour and contains L-glutamine, an endogenous amino acid involved in nitrogen transport and a precursor in the synthesis of glutathione and nucleotides. It also participates in gluconeogenesis. L-glutamine supports protein synthesis, recovery after intense physical exercise, and immune system and gut function.

The recommended serving is 5 g, dissolved in 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, take two servings: one after waking and one after training. On non-training days, take one serving after waking. This product is intended for healthy adults and is not suitable for children. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Store at a temperature of up to 25 °C in a cool, shaded place, away from sunlight.
