The professional oximeter Contec CMS70A is a finger oximeter that measures oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate. It features a USB port and software for connection and monitoring via computer. It can be used in hospitals, clinics, medical offices, at home, or in training and physiotherapy rooms (use during training is not recommended).

The Contec CMS70A oximeter uses photoelectric technology for confirming oxyhemoglobin based on scanning and pulse recording technology, and can be used to measure SpO2 levels and pulse from the finger. The measurement is performed by placing the sensor on the finger and reading the values.
