Education is the greatest asset a parent can provide to their child. But doesn't it start in first grade? It begins with the first "Why, mom?" And it doesn't end in the third year of high school or upon graduating from postgraduate studies.

It ends the day the child stops feeling like a researcher, the day they cease to discover the world. It ends the day someone convinces them that it is bad to ask questions. It ends the day someone convinces them that they should only provide answers.

Do not allow answers to become more important than questions. Nothing worthy has ever happened because someone repeated a "correct" answer to someone who already knew it.

We are all born as perfect researchers, with an unquenchable desire for learning. As infants, we approach everything with curiosity and use all our senses to understand it. Create the environment that will allow your child to feel like a researcher throughout their life. The grades, diplomas, and formalities will come as a natural consequence.
