This accessory features 2 functional components:
- Thin pasta: approximately 1 mm wide.
- Thick pasta: approximately 50 mm wide.
Suitable for making homemade pasta, such as:
- capellini
- capelli d'angelo (1 mm)
- pappardelle
- lasagna (50 mm)
For proper maintenance, the pasta sheet cutting attachment must be kept dry. Immersion in water and wiping with a wet cloth are prohibited. Cleaning with a dry brush is recommended.
