Description

Artificial Intelligence is no longer a science fiction scenario but the driving force of modern business. For Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), adopting AI tools offers a unique opportunity for competitiveness, automation, and improved decision-making. However, "digital convenience" is accompanied by a complex and often risky legal landscape.

Is your business ready for the "Trust Economy"? This book serves as an essential, practical roadmap for every entrepreneur and executive called to make decisions today. With the European Union implementing the world's first comprehensive legal framework (EU AI Act), businesses must balance innovation with regulatory compliance (GDPR).

What you will gain from this book:

•    Practical Guidance: Simplifying the complex concepts of the AI Act and GDPR, tailored to day-to-day business practice.
•    Strategic Advantage: Learn how ethical compliance and transparency transform from "barriers" into your most valuable competitive edge: your customers' trust.
•    Holistic Governance Framework: A structured methodology for recording and evaluating AI systems (AI Inventory & Decision Matrix).
•    Action Tools: The book includes ready-made Checklists and document templates, serving as a "first aid kit" for your business protection.

Why read it? Today, it’s not enough for a business to be digital; it must be digitally fortified. Whether you are an SME owner or an IT manager, this book will help you safely navigate the "uncharted waters" of artificial intelligence, ensuring your business’s reputation and sustainability.

Discover how to turn "business obligation" into strategic excellence!

Note: This work serves as a strategic compass for understanding the regulatory environment and does not replace legal advice.
