The transparent water container by Wartmann® is made of polycarbonate plastic and has a capacity of 12 liters. The water basin features an external graduation and is suitable for any sous-vide device. A rack for 4 bags can also be placed inside the container, fitting perfectly and leaving enough space for the sous-vide device.

For greater energy savings, a neoprene sleeve is available that wraps around the entire container and maintains the temperature. On the open part of the device, there are thermal insulation balls that spread on the surface of the container and prevent water evaporation. Finally, magnets securely hold the bags underwater, guaranteeing successful cooking.
