Its silicone base and low hardness help compensate for manufacturing tolerances. It is electrically insulating, non-adhesive, and can be compressed to 60% of its original thickness, depending on the installation pressure.

The pad can be cut to the desired size or combined with other pads without any loss in thermal transfer performance.
