Sika SIKAGARD®-160 MP is a two-component polyurethane coating for the final protective finish of swimming pools and tanks. It withstands continuous contact with water, ultraviolet radiation and pool treatment chemicals. It can be applied to suitably prepared concrete, cementitious substrates and compatible waterproofing systems, indoors or outdoors.
It forms a hard film and retains its colour and gloss. Two coats are recommended for new or absorbent surfaces. The coating must be allowed to cure fully for approximately 7 days at 23 °C before filling with water. Apply with a brush, roller or airless spray gun.
