Dosage:

• For the melomakarona: Use 500 grams of mix, 105 grams of water, 180 grams of sunflower oil, and 100 grams of walnuts.
• For the syrup: 500 grams of sugar, 320 grams of water, 1 cinnamon stick, and 1 slice of lemon.

Preparation instructions:

• Mix the melomakarona mix with water and vegetable oil and knead for about 2 minutes until you get a pliable dough.
• Shape the dough as desired and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
• Syrup and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
• For melomakarona with chocolate coating, after soaking in syrup, dip the melomakarona in melted chocolate.
