• Dosage: For 500 grams of mix, use 65 grams of water, 90 grams of butter, 50 grams of roasted almonds, and powdered sugar.
• Instructions: Mix the butter in a mixer for 2-3 minutes until fluffy, add the water and mix for 1 minute. Add the mix and blend for 2 minutes. Add the roasted almonds and mix for 1 more minute. Shape as desired and bake in a preheated convection oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. When cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
