Important information: The conversion kit will make your original key look like the new model. You need to transfer the electronic components and the immobilizer chip from the original key. The blade from the original key cannot be used, so you will need to cut a new one. This upgrade kit is suitable only if the old key has the keyless function.

The internal unit and chip must be transferred to the new replacement remote and screwed in place. Then, you need to visit a locksmith to cut the raw key.
