Dosage: To 1,000 grams of mixture add 150 grams of butter and 90 grams of water. For preparation:
Place all ingredients together in the mixer, mix 2 minutes on slow and 5 minutes on high speed. Cut into pieces of about 70 grams. Bake at 180°C – 190°C for about 10 minutes, depending on the oven.
