Fasting Soft Cookies - Bars Choco Mix 10kg

Mix for fasting soft cookies and cereal bars with American-style chocolate flavor, in 10kg packaging. Easy to produce, with a soft texture that maintains its taste and freshness for a long time.

• Dosage for Soft Cookies: For 500g mix, use 75g vegetable butter and 45g water.
• Dosage for Cereal Bars: For 500g mix, use 77g vegetable butter, 50g water, 60g sunflower seeds, 77g oat flakes, 40g dark chocolate drops, 60g cranberries, and 43g pistachios.

Preparation Instructions:

• For Soft Cookies: Place all ingredients in the mixer for 2 minutes at low speed and 5 minutes at high speed. Cut into portions of about 70g and bake at 180°C – 190°C for about 10 minutes.
• For Cereal Bars: Beat the mix with the vegetable butter for 3 minutes on speed 2. Then add all remaining ingredients and beat for 2 minutes on speed 2. Set in a baking tray 60x40cm (1.5 - 2cm thickness) and bake for 20 minutes at 190°C. Cut after cooling.

Storage: In a cool and shady place.
