The ROGER RUD-1 is a portable USB to RS485 communication interface, designed for installers to configure, manage, and perform firmware upgrades on ROGER (RACS) access control devices. Thanks to its connection to a computer's USB port (5 VDC), it includes a built-in 12 V output to power the programmed device (maximum 120 mA). It supports automatic RS485 flow control and communication speeds of up to 115.2 kb/s. It can also be used as a general USB-RS485 converter.
