X-Cel LX 7 mm Eyepiece - 1.25’’

The X-Cel LX eyepiece series from Celestron offers a wide 60° apparent field of view, ideal for observing the Moon, planets, and a multitude of deep sky objects. The six-element optical system features fully multi-coated lenses with high-transmission materials for clear, sharp images. The lens edges are blackened to achieve high contrast.

All eyepieces in the X-Cel LX series are characterized by a comfortable 16 mm eye relief and are parfocal, allowing you to switch between them without refocusing. They are made from black anodized aluminum and feature a rubber twist-up eyecup for easy height adjustment.

For observers who wear eyeglasses, it is preferable to keep the eyecup folded down. Thanks to the rubber-ribbed grip, a secure hold is ensured, even in humid conditions or while wearing gloves. Additionally, the 1.25’’ barrel of the eyepiece is threaded for filters.
