Pour 220 ml of freshly boiled water over one herbal tea bag. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes depending on desired strength. Can be served cold: make an infusion with one bag for 3-5 minutes in 1/2 cup of boiling water, wait 5 minutes and then pour over ice.
