The Esab Filarc PZ6113 flux-cored welding wire is rutile and self-shielded, suitable for welding in all positions. It can be used with C1 (100% CO₂) or M21 (Ar/CO₂ mixture) shielding gas. Its stable arc, low spatter and easy slag removal make welding easier.
It operates on DC+ current and has a CMn alloy type. With M21 gas, the yield strength is 535 MPa, the tensile strength is 601 MPa and the elongation is 25%. With C1 gas, the corresponding values are 495 MPa, 585 MPa and 25%. Impact strength reaches 70 J at -40°C with M21 and 65 J at -30°C with C1.
