Pu-erh mini toucha is Pu-erh tea compressed into nest shapes. The infusion is intense, sweet, and delicate in taste, considered tastier than loose Pu-erh teas. Traditionally, Pu-erh teas are pressed into bricks, cakes (known as biscuits), and the more refined ones into nests - Toucha. Each nest is wrapped in aluminum foil or paper, depending on the current batch. The weight of 145g corresponds to about 22 pieces. Each nest allows for 3 infusions, as red tea can be brewed three times.
