The AlpinPro Parachute Explorer double hammock is made from parachute fabric with triple-stitched seams. The fabric is soft, breathable, wear-resistant, mildew-resistant and quick-drying. It is lightweight and easy to carry, and can be used indoors or outdoors, such as on a balcony, in a bedroom or yard, or for activities like camping and picnics.

The package includes two suspension straps and two carabiners. The straps have loops at the ends, allowing the carabiners to be attached without knots, and are designed to help prevent damage to tree bark. The hammock is machine washable at 30 °C.
