Ingredients: Plant fiber mix (inulin, beta-glucans, cellulose), egg protein, psyllium, milk protein, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, dry yeast, salt, sweetener: erythritol.

Preparation method: Mix 150g of the mix with 245 ml lukewarm water, 45g oil or 90g butter, and 10g vinegar or apple cider vinegar. Optionally, garnish with cereals or seeds of your choice. Bake at 170-180°C for about 40-50 minutes, depending on the shape you give to the dough. For savory preparations, add salt, herbs, or spices of your choice to the dough.
