Description & Specifications

The Esab FW1000 power tool head is used for welding and cutting in all positions, on magnetic and non-magnetic materials. It can be programmed with five programs and features calibrated setting values in cm, mm and sec, as well as potentiometers on the remote control for adjusting parameters.

Installation is quick and operation is easy. The remote control is flexible and has membrane-profile buttons, while the self-teaching manual covers programming. The rail is made from standard aluminium profiles without racks and is available in rigid or flexible form. Optional accessories include an angle bracket for quickly adjusting the torch angle, a tilting weaving unit for fillet welding, a rotating weaving unit for horizontal weaving on inclined joints, and a “floating” head for mechanical height control.
