The Challenger mouthguard is suitable for adults from the age of 11 and above (with permanent teeth), with no upper age limit. The final shape of the mouthguard is achieved only after adjustment to the user's jaw (with hot water, according to the instructions). It comes in a universal size, but is especially comfortable for those with a narrower bite who find larger mouthguards uncomfortable.

Preparation instructions for the Venum mouthguard:

• Boil water
• Place the mouthguard in the boiling water for 120 seconds, with the cavity facing down so that the surface that comes into contact with the teeth and gums is fully heated.
• Remove the mouthguard from the water, for example, using a strainer.
• Wait 90 seconds for the mouthguard to cool slightly.
• After 90 seconds, place the mouthguard on the upper teeth: apply and press.
• Bite down firmly with your upper and lower teeth.
• Gather air into the mouthguard.
• Continue gathering air, press the area around the center of the teeth with your fingers for about 5 seconds.
• Continue gathering air, press the area around the upper edges of the mouthguard with your fingers for about 55 seconds.
• Cool the mouthguard for 10 minutes in cold water.
