Description: CYNKAL is an acrylic primer transparent varnish for painting surfaces made of steel, galvanized, cast iron, and light metals (such as aluminum, copper, brass). It consists of an acrylic copolymer and has been modified with adhesion promoters, offering high adhesion to all types of substrates.

CYNKAL includes new generation corrosion inhibitors that chemically bind to corrosion products, giving the paint excellent anti-corrosive properties. It also contains small amounts of alcohols and their derivatives, which facilitate the penetration of the paint into corrosion products. The physical and chemical bonds with rust and metallic substrates are effective. CYNKAL demonstrates excellent resistance to low temperatures, corrosion, and UV.

CYNKAL retains color durability and does not contain chromium or lead compounds. It spreads easily.

• Purpose: CYNKAL is intended for painting clean (e.g., after sandblasting) or partially clean elements affected by corrosion, made from steel, cast iron, galvanized steel, and light metals (aluminum, copper, brass, etc.).
• After drying and bonding with the substrate, the first coat creates an excellent base for subsequent layers of CYNKAL or other chemically curing paints, as well as for fillers.
• The application of 2-4 layers of CYNKAL provides corrosion protection and an aesthetic surface.
• It can also be used for painting wood, concrete, fiber cement, and other porous substrates.
• A minimum dry film thickness of 150 microns is required for medium protection and increased coating thickness for long-term protection.
• CYNKAL is useful where complete surface preparation by sandblasting is not possible or when there are partially adhered corrosion products and old coatings.
• It is resistant to temperatures up to 200°C, with possible discoloration.
• The addition of reactive crosslinking resins increases the hardness of the coating and prevents streak formation at temperatures of 130-140°C.
