The Yato Yt-64258 clamp has a jaw opening of 300 mm and a body made of malleable cast iron with reinforcing ribs. Its construction resists torsion and vibration, while its surface is protected against corrosion with an electrostatic coating. It is used to securely clamp materials for welding, woodworking and roofing tasks, as well as for assembling heavy steel structures.
The steel pressure screw has a specially chamfered thread, is marked A3 and has a zinc-plated finish. The movable pin on the clamping screw is secured to prevent it from falling out, while the large metal pressure plate adapts precisely to the material via a ball joint.
