Description

Set of two containers for sealing and marinating food Laica VT3305.

The package includes:

  • One container with a capacity of 1 liter.
  • One container with a capacity of 2 liters.

The container can be used in combination with Laica seals VT3104, VT3210, VT3117, VT3118, VT3119, VT3120, VT3225, VT3240.

Advantages of food sealing:

  • Sealing extends the shelf life of food by about 3-4 times.
  • Saves space in the refrigerator.

Laica VT3305 containers are made from SAN plastic without BPA (styrene-acrylonitrile resin).

The containers are designed for easy use in the refrigerator, freezer, and microwave oven. The parts are dishwasher safe.

They withstand thermal shock: they can be placed directly from the refrigerator or freezer into the microwave oven (thermal shock from -20°C to +60°C).

Instructions for use:

  • Fill the container up to 3 cm below the rim.
  • Place the lid and make sure the seal is dry and clean.

  • Disconnect the tube from the container.

The food sealing process is a modern technology for packaging and preserving food. It involves placing the food in airtight packaging material and removing the air using a vacuum pump. This prevents the product from coming into contact with oxygen, which can cause reactions that lead to spoilage. Without oxygen, the growth of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi) is stopped and the spoilage process is delayed.

Food shelf life in vacuum packaging:

  • Frozen foods (-16°C / -20°C)
    • Meat: 4-5 months normal storage, 15-20 months after sealing.
    • Fish: 3-4 months normal storage, 12 months after sealing.
    • Vegetables: 10 months normal storage, 18-24 months after sealing.
  • Chilled foods (+3°C / +6°C)
    • Fresh meat: 2-3 days normal storage, 6 days after sealing.
    • Fresh fish: 1-3 days normal storage, 4-5 days after sealing.
    • Game meat: 2 days normal storage, 6 days after sealing.
    • Sliced cold cuts: 4-6 days normal storage, 15-18 days after sealing.
