VioGenesis Ashwagandha Complex contains 150 mg liposomal ashwagandha extract and 500 mg ashwagandha extract, which provide 28.75 mg withanolides per capsule. Liposomes are effectively absorbed by the intestine and can enter directly into the cells. Due to increased absorption, a lower daily dose is required to achieve the same effect compared to an ashwagandha dietary supplement in non-liposomal form.
